jamie Hallman

Owner & Transaction Manager

Previously a Registered Dietitian, Jamie obtained her real estate license in both GA and FL in 2019. She served as an in-house TC for a top team in Northeast FL for two years where she personally managed hundreds of transactions before branching out and starting her own company in 2021.

FUN FACTS: Jamie is also the author of The Expectation Gap. She grew up in SC but after 12 moves covering 5 states, she now happily resides in St. Augustine, FL. Her happiest days are spent enjoying delicious food on an outdoor patio, watching a Panthers game with her husband, and snuggling up with her pug (Kai Ninja), and French bulldog (Yoshi). A few of her favorite things: specialty coffee, drumming, power walking outdoors with her AirPods on blast, Star Wars and all things sci-fi, Jesus, building muscle at Capstone Fitness, video games, reading, and adventurous eating.

EARL Laurente

Transaction Coordinator

Earl graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering but decided to choose a different path. He worked as a Transaction Coordinator after graduating and found this line of work to be a great fit for him and his personality. He is incredibly detail-oriented and enjoys interacting with a variety of people. He is deeply passionate about real estate and continuously delves into the intricacies of different contracts and transactions to expand his expertise.

FUN FACTS: He is an avid gamer and enjoys playing online or LAN games, especially games that offer building opportunities and survival.

Ann Tong

Transaction Coordinator

Ann has experience in various fields including restaurant operations, hotel management, building administration, and as a real estate admin assistant. During her work within the real estate industry over the past few years, she discovered a passion for assisting individuals during one of the most significant purchases of their lives. She enjoys making the dreams and goals that people have become a reality.

FUN FACTS: She is a huge coffee lover! She is very sociable and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

SARAH espina

Transaction Coordinator

Sarah has been a part of the team since the company was only 3 months old! She excels at administrative work and considers working from home to be a great privilege. Her wonderful customer service skills have made for strong agent and customer relationships. She is meticulous about and likes the order that contracts and agreements bring. Being a transaction coordinator has helped her grow out of her comfort zone and gain more confidence.

FUN FACTS: She is a Pisces. She loves gummy candies and collecting paper bags. Every time she gets a massage, she falls asleep automatically. During her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family as they are very precious to her.

Many TC’s are in their roles for a limited time and often don’t have a personal sense of ownership in the transactions they work. As a small business, we take each deal, and the satisfaction of the agents that we work with, very seriously. This is evidenced by the level of thoroughness and professionalism in our work. Every TC on the team is well-versed in real estate with the owner holding a real estate license and overseeing the daily operations. With the owner’s background as an agent, we uniquely understand the struggles and demands placed on agents. We have managed countless transactions, so have seen just about every scenario you can imagine and know how to manage challenges while staying calm. We regularly engage in education and training on new laws so that we can stay on top of the latest contract updates.

The owner, Jamie, is driven by doing things the right way (shout out to all fellow 1’s on the enneagram) so we go above and beyond to ensure that everyone has a smooth, pleasant transaction from start to finish.
