As a first-time agent with Consider It Closed, there are a few onboarding steps required before we can accept any new files. Please reach out to us (via text, phone or email) and we will send over everything you need to get set up. We are excited to be working with you!

Submit a New Contract for Transaction Management

Simply log in to your Agent Portal by clicking below and you can submit any new contracts there. If we have not worked together before, please reach out to us directly first so we can send you an onboarding intake form to complete. After that, we will set you up with your own Agent Portal so that submitting contracts will be a breeze. Can’t wait to get started on your new deals!

Submit a New Listing for Pre-Listing Management

If we have not worked together before, you will need to reach out to us directly first so we can send you an onboarding intake form to complete. Once onboarded, simply click the link below to log into your Agent Portal and submit your listing request so we can get started on setting up your new listing.
