Introduction emails including contract timeline and a copy of the executed contract sent to the agent, buyer/seller (whichever you represent), lender, and title company.
Add pertinent dates and deadlines to the agent’s online calendar, if desired.
Ensure everything is fully executed with dates, initials, signatures, and broker information throughout the transaction.
Submit all required contract documents to the broker for compliance.
